Most of the organizations I work with aren’t failing. They’re capable, often experienced, and usually aware that something isn’t working. What they lack is an accurate picture of why.
I’m a business architect. I find the structural causes behind organizational problems — unclear mandate, uncontrolled work intake, governance that looks right on paper but breaks in practice — and I build interventions that hold. Across the full organization, not just the IT layer.
I work with leadership teams, cross-functional groups, and operational units in mid-sized and large companies and organizations. My clients tend to operate across markets, which is why I work in both Swedish and English.
How it typically starts
A first engagement is usually short and defined. You don’t need to know exactly what you need — that’s often what we figure out together. The starting point is a conversation, followed by one of these:
- Structural Diagnosis — 3 hours. When you have too many problems and don’t know where to start. Read more…
- Direction Reset — 2 days. When everyone is busy but pulling in different directions. Read more…
- Design Intervention — 4 days. When a complex problem has been discussed long enough and needs a real answer. Read more…
Prices are fixed for the scopes described for each product.
