Structural Diagnosis is a fast, facilitated session that surfaces the real issues, forces prioritization, and ends with a decision — not a longer backlog. It uses a format also known as Lightning Decision Jam, adapted to cut through organizational noise rather than project planning.
The output is a ranked, owned list of what the group will address — and an explicit agreement on what they will not. That second part is usually where the value is.
