Who am I?
I’m a consultant who helps companies and organizations bring structure to their strategy work—because that is where everything else begins (or maybe rather should begin).
What I do
I get a group (whether it’s a management team, a product/service team, or a team of frontline workers) on the same page. I ensure everyone agrees on which problems or challenges the team has to address and, just as importantly, what not to work on.
- I help the group clarify what they (really) need to do (and prioritize), and what they should NOT do
- This is achieved through one or more workshops and potential individual meetings
- I clarify decision-making processes
- I identify which decisions need to be made and by whom
- I give the group a clear direction—a “North Star” to navigate by
